The agreement between you and the organiser when you enter the event.

1. The event
The event is organised by Pulamanthole Run Fest on Sunday, 29 November 2026 at Pulamanthole High School, Pulamanthole. By registering you accept these terms, the race waiver and the refund policy.
2. Eligibility
- Full Marathon and Half Marathon entrants must be at least 18 years old on race day.
- The 10K is open to entrants aged 14 and above; the 5K to entrants aged 8 and above when accompanied by a registered adult.
- You confirm that you are medically fit to take part.
- One entry per person, per category.
3. Registration and slot hold
Submitting the form creates a pending entry and holds your slot for 24 hours. The entry is confirmed only after the fee is received and the UPI reference (UTR) is verified against the organiser bank statement.
4. Payment
Fees are payable only through UPI to the organiser UPI ID on the payment page. The organiser never asks for card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.
5. Bib collection and participation
- Bibs are collected in person at the expo against this entry pass and a government photo ID.
- Bibs are non-transferable; running with someone else's bib leads to disqualification.
- Race officials may stop a participant who appears medically unfit.
6. Changes by the organiser
The organiser may change routes, start times or cut-off times for safety reasons. If the event is cancelled, entries transfer to the rescheduled date or are refunded in full.
7. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. Group personal accident cover is provided for registered participants on race day.
