Privacy policy
What data we collect during registration, why we need it, and how long we keep it.

1. Data we collect
- Runner details: name, date of birth, gender, e-mail, mobile, address, city, state and PIN code.
- Safety data: blood group, emergency contact and any medical notes you share.
- Identity: optional photo-ID type and number for bib verification.
- Payment proof: UPI reference (UTR), amount and any screenshot you attach.
- Technical: IP address, browser user-agent and timestamps for fraud prevention.
2. Why we need it
To confirm your entry, allocate your bib, print your certificate, contact you about the event, keep the medical team informed and verify UPI payments.
3. Who sees it
Only the organising team on a need-to-know basis. Timing partners receive your name, bib number and category. We never sell data.
4. Payments
Payments happen inside your UPI app. We never see or store your UPI PIN or bank credentials.
5. Retention
Registration and payment records are kept for 24 months, then archived or deleted. Payment screenshots are deleted 90 days after confirmation.
6. Your choices
