Refund policy · Pulamanthole Run Fest 2026

1. Entry fees

Entry fees fund timing, medical cover, hydration and the community programmes of Pulamanthole Run Fest. The table below applies to written cancellation requests received before race day.

Fewer than 15 days before race day	No refund	No transfer
Event cancelled by the organiser	100% of entry fee	UPI, or auto-transfer to the rescheduled date

Requests must be e-mailed from the registered e-mail address to with the entry code.

2. Bib transfers

Transfers close 14 days before race day. Both runners must confirm in writing; the new runner pays any category difference.

3. Deferrals

You may defer once to the next edition by writing at least 15 days before race day with supporting documents. A 25% deferral fee applies.

4. Failed or duplicate UPI payments

Failed UPI payments are auto-reversed by your bank. If you paid twice, write to us with both UTRs and the duplicate is refunded within 10 working days.
