The event
The Pulamanthole Run Fest is a village road race in Malappuram district, Kerala — a 3 KM fun run for families and a timed 10 KM for runners. Every entry helps fund local sport.
Race categories
Every entry includes a timing bib, event T-shirt, finisher medal, hydration, medical cover and a digital certificate. Fees are per runner, inclusive of taxes.

We use UPI so your money moves bank-to-bank — no card details, no payment gateway cut, and every rupee traceable. Each payment is matched against our bank statement before your entry is confirmed.
Runner details, contact, emergency contact and a consent tick. It takes about three minutes, and your slot is reserved while you pay.

Race day
All timings are IST. Gates open 60 minutes before the first flag-off — arrive early, the stadium fills fast.
Bag drop, warm-up zone and medical desk open at the stadium.

10 km timed run — 90 minute cut-off.

Namma Metro runs special services from 3:30 AM — get off at Cubbon Park. Free bag drop for registered runners. Car parking is limited; cycle or take a cab drop at Gate 3.

Registration uses UPI. After you fill the form, you get our organiser UPI QR code and UPI ID along with your registration number. Pay the exact fee from any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, your bank app), then paste the 12-digit UPI reference number (UTR) shown in your payment app. You can also attach a screenshot. Our team matches every UTR with the bank statement and confirms your entry — usually within one working day.
Open the payment app you used → tap the payment under History / Transactions → the transaction details show a UPI reference number, UPI Txn ID or RRN. It is a 12-digit number (some banks show 14–16 characters). Copy that whole reference, not the order ID from the app store receipt.
Yes. When you submit the form we reserve your slot for 24 hours and give you a registration number. If no payment reference is submitted in that window, the slot is released automatically and your entry expires.
You can track the status any time from the Check Status page using your registration number and mobile number. If we cannot match your UTR, the registration goes to "Payment not verified" with a note from our team — you can then re-submit the correct reference. Money already paid is never lost; a team member will help you reconcile.
Bib transfers close 14 days before race day and are handled by the help desk. Write to us with both registration numbers. Deferrals and transfers are subject to the refund policy.
Full and Half Marathon entrants must be 18+ on race day; the 10K is open to 14+ and the 5K to anyone 8+ running with a registered adult.
Online registrations are UPI only, so every rupee can be reconciled. The help desk at the race expo accepts cash for on-the-spot 5K entries, subject to availability.
Fees support a charitable cause and are generally non-refundable, but cancellations made more than 30 days before race day are eligible for a 50% refund to the original UPI account.
